Return and Refund Policy

At Polo — Exclusive Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under two categories:

Manufacturing Defects

  • You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receipt if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or a functional issue.
  • Examples: defective stitching, fabric flaws, or incorrect items sent.

Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)

  • You may return products within 30 days of receipt if you change your mind.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not qualify.

2. Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Minor variations in color or texture.
  • Misuse, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at anatomia.ecommerce@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Full name and email used for purchase
  • Reason for return (defect or change of mind)
  • Photos (for defective items)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to our responsibility (defect, wrong item), Polo — Exclusive Collection covers return shipping.
  • If due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective items or incorrect sizes.
  • Subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

Defective products within 30 days may be replaced, repaired, or credited at Polo's discretion. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
